Decimals support depending on culture?

Hi,

I would like to know if expressions can be handled depending on the thread culture or if these expressions are fixed?

For example:
In french culture, the decimal value of 123.45 is 123,45.

this is currently not supported. the decimal point is actually hard coded in the grammar file and evaluated by the parser. feel free to jump in though and make it happen :)
