One more issues similar to the previous ones spotted by clang, this time
in RecoMuon:

Slava can you have a look and (ask someone to) fix them (or give me the
ok for using "&&" in place of ",")?

Moreover there is also a misnamed guard in:

https://cmssdt.cern.ch/SDT/cgi-bin/buildlogs/slc6_amd64_gcc481/CMSSW_7_1_CLANG_X_2014-05-05-1600/RecoMuon/MuonSeedGenerator

which should probably be corrected.
