Sorting with Symbols (e.g. • or –) not correct #144

Sorting in Symbol Organizer should work in the same way Sketch does it:

Sketch sorting:

• FOO

Symbol Organizer sorting:

100
200
75
π BAR
• FOO

I am using Sketch Version 69.1 (107496) and Symbol Organizer Version 15.12 on macOS 10.15.7.
