check-images

Check that all the images in an image collection are present in a given directory. In the default case, images are expected to be present in 4 directories, thumbs, medium, large and fullsize. Older exports did not use all 4 of these, and this program can identify missing images so they can be re-exported. Also potentially useful if other sizes are added in the future. 2018: Currently using 5 dirs, consisting of the above + small.

Installation

Download from https://github.com/soulflyer/check-images

Usage

~/bin/check-images ~/Pictures/Published/thumbs

This will check that all the images in the default database/image collection are present in the thumbs directory.

Options

use check-images -h for the current set of options.

Examples

...

Bugs

The -X option doesn't exactly do what it should.
