[ENG-1687] Launch with CTRL+SPACE

I'd like this very much. We can have a setting to customize the keybind for this, if it clashes.

This would only be possible while Spacedrive is already running, until we have a deamon, but thats okay. The keybind will bring the window into view, ideally in the center of the the screen if not already present. Or if a window is already open it should just surface it.

I do like the idea of our command palette also being an option to tie to the keybind, with a dropdown select of desired action, later.

New to this project, But just to raise an comment.

There are too much key-bind trying to catch CTRL-SPACE or CMD-SPACE. I would highly suggest to reconsider this propose, or at least make it optional (and not default).
