Preserve the original category hierarchy #18
Comments
+1 on that. I played around with Packman and added a few templates, snippets and plugins that had it's own category structure, only to find everything reordered under a new category named after my package. The OCD person within me panicked. :D |
+1 here! |
+5 on that. It's almsot a requirement to package up modxwireframe.com for distribution |
Up for this, PackMan is so great it deserves this issue to get fixed ! |
Still a very big item on my wishlist! (did I mention it is my birthday today?) |

When the newly imported package is installed, it creates a category
with the package name and most of the elements are placed under that category.
It would be great to avoid creating/using the package name category and preserve the category hierarchy in the original site.
