Seems I was accessing the gem wrong way. After I changed the line to gem 'spree_volume_pricing', github: 'spree-contrib/spree_volume_pricing', branch: '3-0-stable' in Gemfile from gem 'spree_volume_pricing', branch: '3-0-stable' it worked fine.
