Description

We need to have a clear vulnerability scanning policy.
There is github's dependabot that I think was enabled before but now is disabled (maybe just the alerts are unabled now).
Also Checkmarx that is integrated in jetbrains IDEAs gave more results so maybe we should compare some popular tools.

Here is a quick list of possible tools:
Dependabot, Snyk, Checkmarx, WhiteSource Bolt, Sonatype-Nancy
