This project is based on information made publically available by Xilinx(R) Inc.

FPGAsm generates XDL code. XDL is a proprietary file format owned by Xilinx Inc, designed for the express purpose of interchanging information between proprietary Xilinx software and third party tools such as FPGAsm.

In order to actually configure Xilinx FPGAs, you will need to obtain and use proprietary Xilinx software (currently available free of charge from www.xilinx.com). Please take the time to understand your licensing terms and your legal relationship with Xilinx Inc.
