Incorrect NO_PROXY variable processing

Hi!
We noticed weird behaviour with NO_PROXY variable
We started to use proxy for Statping due to k8s is running in private systems and we need to send telegram messages outside our private network
When we use NO_PROXY for internal addresses e.g. *.local - it doesn't work, all traffic still route through proxy

Interesting:
curl from pod works as expected, but Go app doesn't work properly
