A WCF Test project to prove that we can do:
- SOAP and JSON/REST endpoints off the same service, with only small tweaks to config and attributes
- Swagger defs on our WCF JSON API using SwaggerWcf Nuget package
- Publication of services one-to-one with Azure App Services
