fix remaining warnings
convert good comments to doxygen-style comments (i.e. add keywords)
add NOTE, TODO or FIXME to important comments
remove #ifdef 0'd code
remove macros when it makes sense to do so
remove unused code - O3DB, IDL, etc
tools/scripts to aid in examining express schemas
update data probe - either
replace interviews with Qt, or
rewrite in python
