Installlation.markdown says "Drag the JSON folder from the distribution". There is no JSON folder.

I agree that this is confusing. That file is documenting installation from the DMG-based releases, which you can download from google code at the moment.

I'm trying to move away from that and release directly from github. There's a branch (nodmg) already for that that has updated Installation.markdown file.

Hope this clarifies the issue.
