Does not process folders with commas on name when passed as argument on commandline

The commandline option --dirs splits the input on commas, so if a folder is passed that contains any commas in its name is split aswell.

A fix would be to escape the comma somehow, or on the parser test if a folder name exists, if not try to join with the next part until a valid folder is found or no more splited parts are available.
