Currently in dor_indexing_app we use https://github.com/sul-dlss/dor_indexing_app/blob/main/app/services/geographic_builder.rb to index data into the SW Region facet, however stanford-mods (https://github.com/sul-dlss/stanford-mods/blob/master/lib/stanford-mods/concerns/searchworks_subjects.rb#L42) produces different results.

Add a report to extract and compare the data used for these facets -- especially interested in the differences.

One way to start would be to look at the test data in DIA and in stanford-mods gem.

It might also be fruitful to look at the shape of the data in cocina for the relevant bits by writing a report to find what we've got (?). You could also go to https://sul-dlss-labs.github.io/cocina-shape/, clicking on "subject" and click around, but I don't think we can winnow the data to region that way.
