Analysis for moving from WoS API to Dimensions API

It may be desirable for cost and coverage issues to switch the harvester from Clarivate WoS to Digital Sciences Dimensions API.

To Do:

• evaluate license agreement with Digital Science to see if API data can be shown on public websites (like Profiles)
• ensure that all of the fields we need in the "pub_hash" and that we can get from WoS are also available in the Dimensions API
  • note: abstract may be missing
• pick a sampling of researchers from different departments and evaluate publications returned from WoS and Dimensions to assess coverage
  • pick researchers
  • run query in WoS and get publications for each researcher
  • run query in Dimensions and get publications for each researcher
  • produce report comparing
