Adding page_seo tab to custom entity

Hi ! I'd like to add the tab page_seo to my custom entity form, but I don't find an easy way to make that. Is there any example somewhere ? I think there a some similarities with https://docs.sulu.io/en/2.5/cookbook/add-admin-tabs.html but it does not seems to be exaclty the same.
