GitHub Actions timeout:
- step
- job
GitHub Actions OIDC:
- AWS
  - 1 Hour by default
  - You can extend until 24 Hours
- GCP
GitHub App token: 1 Hour
GitHub Actions token: 24 hours

Terraform itself doesn't support timeout.
