Necrohost is a site for testing what-if scenarios with respect to server latency, connectivity or throughput issues.
The purpose of this repo is mainly to play with capistrano.
If you would like a test added to necrohost.com. Then submit a pull request. I haven't figured out how i'm going to test-drive this site yet, so don't worry about adding tests.
