重複したバージョンをリリースしようとすると、 Git リポジトリのクローンのキャッシュが消えない
重複したバージョンをリリースしたときにメンテナンス画面になってしまう
Git コマンドのエラーの際に、リリースできなかった旨が画面に表示されないような挙動になっている
