Allow training parameters to be visualized in the Model Card

In addition to the data and model analysis section, it would be great to allow training specific information. Those information should also be populated via TFX (if possible). An example for relevant training information:

Number of epochs
Last learning rate
Other optimizer details
Training / Eval metrics, e.g. loss
