Break Taco Bell and Chipotle into Separate Restaurant Slot #37

Right now Taco Bell and Chipotle are in the main restaurant slot that is used by GetCalories.

By breaking this into a separate slot, it could be directly linked to the GetMexicanCalories flow, thus improving the user experience.
