Describe the bug/issue

My game keeps hard dropping/double spacing. I don't know why. I tried updating and reinstalling my game but to no avail. I also tried fixing my game settings but still had the same issues. My game wasn't like this before and I don't know what happened. I kept losing my games due to this issue. Hope you can resolve this. :)
