Add workshop planning template to Community Handbook

Summary

Since the 2022 Git Good workshop with @BrainonSilicon and @harisood - we've used this template. We have a template that we have forked and used in different contexts for Github workshops. This issue can be used to add some of these templates for our Github workshop for all sorts of different workshops: to keep track of who is speaking, who is sharing screens, who is using/making each slide, etc.

This issue is to keep track of some of the templates and projects that we have used for this workshop, to add them to the Community Handbook.
