What is Open-Source Intelligence?
Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) is defined as intelligence produced by collecting, evaluating and analyzing publicly available information with the purpose of answering a specific intelligence question. (source)

• In a discussion with Amin Mekacher, a currently Turing Enrichment student (who has done work with the Atlantic Council's Digital Sherlocks programme), he brought up many questions that are crucial in the data pipeline when working with open & closed datasets.
• Should this be a chapter on Open Source Investigations? On the data pipeline (and the ethical questions asked by OSINT researchers)?
