I can't access book.the-turing-way.org

This issue is for collecting information about any problems folks have with accessing The Turing Way at book.the-turing-way.org.

We recently bought a new domain (#3266) and there have been a couple of anecdotal reports of people struggling to access the site via the new URL.

Has it not worked for you? Please tell us in a comment below!

Things that would be useful for us to know:

• What network were you connected to?
• What precise URL were you trying to access?
• Did you receive an error code?

I tried to access https://book.the-turing-way.org/ from my Turing Laptop while working from France in early April but couldn't access. I got an error message (don't remember exactly what I got). I tried it also from my phone and it did work so I guess it was the VPN. Despite @JimMadge recommendation to raise it to IT, I forgot to do it (I'm sorry, Jim) and after a couple of days, I was able to access it without problems.

When I'm using the Turing office's VPN, the page is just stuck on loading:

When turning it off ("Disconnect"):

The page loads as it should!

Just not loading - I was on Turing Guest and tried from eduroam just now too. Getting exactly what @kallewesterling has described too.
