PowerPoint Add-In/Macro to optimize a presentation for printing

Set Up

PowerPoint 2007

1. Download Ecofy.ppam
2. Open PowerPoint
3. Microsoft Office Button -> PowerPoint Options -> Add-Ins
4. In the Manage list, click PowerPoint Add-ins, and then click Go.
5. In the Add-Ins dialog box, click Add New.
6. In the Add New PowerPoint Add-In dialog box, select the downloaded Ecofy.ppam file, and then click OK.
7. Enable Macros
8. Close

PowerPoint 2010

1. Download Ecofy.ppam
2. Open PowerPoint
3. File -> Options -> Add-Ins -> Manage: PowerPoint Add-Ins -> Add New
4. Select the downloaded Ecofy.ppam file
5. Enable Macros
6. Close

Usage

Click on the Add-Ins tab on the ribbon and then click the "Ecofy" button
