AndroiX uses a modified version of util/modular from git.freedesktop.org, you can retreive the AndroiX version using the following commands:
mkdir androix
cd androix
git clone git://github.com/tmzt/androix-util-modular
cd androix-util-modular
./build.sh -l # build libraries only
(...)
Get the repo tool following the instructions at http://source.android.com/source/git-repo.html
Now, retreive the AndroiX server source with the following command
mkdir androix
cd androix
repo init -u git://github.com/tmzt/androix
repo sync
