[2.0]: Bitbucket sync fails on single-file sync for otherwise valid file

We currently fail to add a new bitbucket provider if there's an existing file on Bitbucket, we pass the error message Contents don't pass schema validation.

To reproduce:

• Create a new bitbucket repo
• Upload the tokens.json file that is linked here
• Add it as a provider (you'll need to use App password, @keeganedwin should know how to set this up if you have questions

Note that adding it fails, the network call doesnt show a failure so it might have to do with parsing
