Scroll bar is not movable while adding key value with large key and names

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy the app.
2. Add new value set
3. Try saving a new value for the key with larger name.
4. try saving a new value with larger name.
5. Try scroll the scroll bars up and down..(UP is working but user can't able to scroll down properly. Down is not working. Only UP has the value set to trigger for moving up/down. But down arrow doesnt has that option)

Actual Result

Scroll bar is not working properly for the user to perform User interactive operation.

Expected Result

Scroll bar to work properly for the user to perform User interactive operation.

i don't think this is an issue anymore , it was probably solved in an earlier fix , now the key and value column widths are better distributed!
