По ссылке не увидел ничего по теме. Если нужно просто добавить поле по аналогии с гитхабом и линкедином, то это довольно просто. Только использовать URLField вместо CharField. У юзера на фронте просить полную ссылку на телегу. Набросал у себя такое.

Или предполагается что у юзера будет запрашиваться только ник в телеге, который перед сохранением в модель можно превратить в ссылку. Стоит ли такое городить?
