full API ref would be nice #7

I see plenty of options in here: https://github.com/clux/groupstage/blob/master/groupstage.js#L53-L57 but I have no idea what most of them do. Having an API ref for this (and any tournament projects) would be great coupling with the existing docs.

[edit] I'm blind. It would be nice to have a nice API header though so it's easy to see this in the future.
