Plugin stopped to work on IE11/Edge (used to work before upgrade to v.2).

Reprosteps:
Just open https://ua9msn.github.io/datetime/ in IE/Edge, and see console output

I believe, it is due to the fact that IE does not support Intl.DateTimeFormat.prototype.formatToParts

It also doesn't support Object.assign. Will take a look what could be done.

Use polyfills !

I thnk this plugin is obsolete. Ive got the plan to public the React version, as soon as I get time
It's useless to support or fix jQuery plugins.
