log in problems with crowd-map

Hallo,
we are a small neighborhood based tenant initiative and using the crowd-map tool to document the changes in our neighborhood (https://moabit.crowdmap.com/).

Currently it is unable to log in into the tool and be trying to log-in we received the message "• auth.password.Database is currently unavailable."
Even the contact field does not work and gives the message: "Kohana_404_Exception" and "application/controllers/contact.php [27]"
As users without wider technical skills we can't solve the problems by our self and it would be a great pleasure to get some support here.
