Error every time I delete or create a new file in my project

Hello,

I'm facing the error "Uncaught Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'C:\wamp\www\famille\app\application\helpers\email_helper.php'" every time a file is deleted or created in the current project (here the email_helper.php file was deleted).

If I close and restart Atom, it solve the problem, but it would be great if the plugin can handle this kind of situation by itself :-)

Atom version : 1.16
OS : Win 10 64bits
