Add talks for meetup #45

The talks for meetup #45 need to be added to the site. To do so, follow the existing meetup format and use the following data:

Hi friends. Sorry. I didn't have any slides for my talk, as I was just going to share the repo of the sample app I built. But then Holiday rush hit and I didn't finish that properly.

If you can give me til next week I'll knock together some slides + finish the app so you have something useful to share with folks. This week I'm working through a post-holiday backlog so trying to set realistic expectations.
