to be more precise, it would be great if people could obtain vinecopulib by just typing:

# apt-get install vinecopulib
# yum install vinecopulib
# port install vinecopulib
$ brew install vinecopulib

etc

I can deal with homebrew and macports. However, should we wait to have something a bit more "stable"?
