We are collaborating with the Simularium project at the Allen Institute for hosting visualizations of spatial simulation data. There is some work being done through the Biosimulations project to integrate Smoldyn simulations with Simularium for particle-based visualizations. We are pursuing volume rendering of spatial simulations of concentration fields resulting from FiniteVolume solver data.
