Error when parameter zabbix::web::manage_resources: true

What are you seeing

When puppet runs, i an error only if zabbix::web::manage_resources: true is specified (it runs perfectly when zabbix::web::manage_resources: false) :

What behaviour did you expect instead

Zabbix server managing exported resources
