When storage folder is moved from /system/storage error occur

My text is gone? I paste it again:
I have OC3.0.3.9 with vQmod 2.6.6 on a WAMP server with php 8.2
When i go (for example) to customers > Transactions, History, or Reward points i get erros like screenshot.

I moved the storage folder from D:\wamp64\www#oc3x-clean.loc\system\storage
to: D:\wamp64\www#oc3x-clean-storage

In other screenshot you see a file in vqmod cache with name: vq2-D with 0 bytes in size.
I think this is a issue.
When i put the storage folder back in \system\storage and proper config.php changes then error went away.
