I would like to request the addition of a feature in Weaviate that allows for data encryption of sensitive information in disk and motion. This feature would enhance the security of data stored in Weaviate, especially for use cases where sensitive information needs to be protected from unauthorized access.

Use Case:
As a user of Weaviate, I often need to store sensitive information such as personal data or confidential documents. It is crucial for me to ensure that this data is encrypted to protect it from unauthorized access. Having a built-in encryption feature in Weaviate would greatly simplify the process of securing securing sensitive data.

Could you please provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the implementation of this feature? This information would be greatly appreciated as it would help us plan our use of Weaviate more effectively.
