The message you receive when pushing the database is misleading and confusing/concerning the first time you run it:

$ wn database push
Pushing remote data to database my_app_development

Where my_app_development is the name of my local database that it's pulling from. It should really say something like:

Pushing remote data *from* database my_app_development
