9040 - Report changed field as well as previous/new value (or possible split into a few new events)

Currently 9040 appears when something has been altered in an order but its something we have not handled

I recently made some changes so this only fired when actual changes took place (previously we just fired it whenever we knew something might have changed, which could have been the 'last modified' time for example but we could go further and have have the event report the item that was changed (the optiions key) and its new/old value if we can
