The Cambria Math specimen sheet has (on page 2, just above the braces) a set of large, TeX-style prime characters. Don’t know how to access these.

The full-height primes are in the [ssty] table for script and script-script optical sizes. In other words, if the (Xɘ)TeX’s superscript algorithm correctly chooses the optical size and scales and shifts it properly, these glyphs are automatically chosen.

Deal with primes properly.
Only thing that doesn't work now is chains of unicode primes.
