Statsample integration

Statsample is a Ruby statistics suite and a part of the SciRuby libraries. Since the Statistical Data Meta Exchange format is incorporated into the Data Cube vocabulary that PubliSci uses, there is a potential for integration to perform statistical analysis using input from rdf datasets.
