Flagship Base is an application that seeks to serve as a fully-featured managed knowledge base in the simplest, easiest way possible.  It is meant for support centers, text article repositories, and community-driven expert systems.  It will have tie-ins with existing Flagship applications, including Flagship Docs and Flagship Tasks.`
