Some rendering differences between Full Screen and Traditional Reader visible in Outpost BBS tag

Can't figure this one out, but here are screenshots of Veeb0rg's outpost BBS tag.

This first one is using the Traditional Reader:

the first line of the .tag appears to be an empty line. the 2nd line gets lopped off at around character 80. then continues to render the rest of the line as the next line.
