使用List或者Set作为RequestParam时，生成的默认参数有误 #732

Describe the bug

knife4j生成的是不正确的，不能直接请求，默认应当是通过英文逗号拼接或者多个同名字的parameter。

springopen-api生成的时正确的，可以直接请求。

这个接口调用时的url参数应当是/baseUrl?accountUserBaseInfoIds=1,2,3或者/baseUrl?accountUserBaseInfoIds=1&accountUserBaseInfoIds=2&accountUserBaseInfoIds=3
