By default, Stream tracks all spam blocked by Akismet. In some cases, this can lead to an extraordinary amount of Stream records being created.

It's a bad idea to track this by default if it results in a useless fire hose of information.

We should still allow Akismet tracking, but in an opt-in basis inside the Stream Settings.
