last plot in bulk vignette

Hi! Awesome tool.
In your vignette (https://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/vignettes/BioTIP/inst/doc/BioTIP.html) on bulk (GSE6136) I get an error at the very last line, which is the plot_simulation_sample function (i.e., could not find function "plot_simulation_sample").
This part is a little confusing to me also because you mention a red line in the plot indicating the observed Ic-score compared to the density of random scores (grey) and I don't see that in the plot in your vignette.
